EMPORIUM The Den in Bournemouth has been granted permission to continue operating from the site for another three years.

Megan Noble and James Irvine gave The Den a complete facelift in July, and in August starting seeking permanent permission to stay at the Francis Avenue industrial unit.

Ms Noble said: “It’s pretty big news, in fact the biggest news as it’s been hanging over us since August. But now it’s official.

“The council have granted us another three years to be there, which is literally the most fantastic news to us.”

The Den, formerly called Molly’s Den, is a vintage and antiques emporium.

It was saved from closing in July by Ms Noble and Mr Irvine after administrators moved in.

The Bournemouth store has been operating from the industrial unit under temporary planning permission since 2012.
