The queue on the M62
THERE are 10-mile queues on the M62 after a broken down van near junction 11 at Birchwood this morning, Wednesday.
It happened eastbound and has caused 50-minute delays while one lane was closed in the roadworks area.
One lane was closed until 7.45am.
Congestion is back to junction seven for Rainhill Stoops.
