A VILLAGE medical centre is hosting a day of fundraising activities to raise vital money for a leading breast cancer charity.
Hedingham Medical Centre, in Swan Street, Sible Hedingham, is taking part in the national Wear It Pink Day initiative, in aid of the Breast Cancer Now charity.
Events will be held across the country to mark the day as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Big-hearted staff at the health centre have organised a raffle with prizes, including a £150 Tesco voucher and a night’s stay at the popular Angel Hotel in Lavenham.
There will also be cakes for sale to raise extra funds.
Members of the public are being invited to visit the medical centre and get involved during the fundraiser, which takes place on Thursday, October 17.
