THE annual Harwich Primary Schools Sports Association cross-country run was held at Wix Equestrian Centre.
The event was organised by Wix and Wrabness Primary School, with children from ten primary schools taking part.
The course, which was approximately one mile long, was through fields and woodland.
The weather was kind and it was a brilliant afternoon, with all the schools working together, enabling parents and children to enjoy a very safe and successful afternoon of cross-country.
The winning boy was Harry Tilley, from Chase Lane Primary School, in Dovercourt.
The winning girl was Emi Hickes, from Spring Meadow Primary School, in Dovercourt
Spring Meadow were also the winning team.
The event took place by kind permission of Mr and Mrs A Davidson.
