Essex Police are investigating
A MAN has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm after he reportedly assaulting a man in the toilets.
The 23-year-old victim suffered broken vertebrae and ribs during the incident in the men’s toilets at The Dorrington hotel and bar in Trinity Street, Halstead on December 27 last year.
George Argent, 27, of Stanley Road, Halstead, has been summoned to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 17.
