THREE military medals have been stolen in a burglary at a Southampton home.
Police say the medals were stolen during the raid on a home in South View Road, Shirley on June 22.
It is a believed a ladder was used to gain entry to the property via the first floor bathroom window during 1.30pm and 4.30pm.
Three medals were stolen: A United Nations Afghanistan Medal, an Iraq Campaign Medal and a Danish Contingent March Medal.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "We can only imagine how much these mean to the person they were awarded to.
"If you have been offered these medals recently or know where they might be, please let us know."
