POLICE are appealing for information after a 30 mile chase on the A12 and A14 this morning.
Police attempted to pull over a silver BMW near to junction 28 at the football stadium in Colchester at around 7am.
The car failed to stop and sped off.
A police spokesman said: "We received assistance from Suffolk officers and the pursuit came to an end after the car collided with other vehicles in Woodbridge.
"Fortunately no one was injured."
A 21-year-old from Enfield was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop and drug driving. He remains in custody for questioning.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage is asked to call Stanway Roads Policing Unit on 101 quoting incident 139 of 27/03 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
