AIR Cadets are showcasing a year of achievements as part of an open evening.
The past year has seen Halstead Air Cadets placed third in both aircraft recognition and the Ian Robertson Trophy for money collected per cadet for the Royal Air Force Association, as well as landing second place in the George Leonard Cup for community service.
To celebrate this success and invite more young people to join, the Cadets are holding an opening evening on Monday at their Squadron headquarters on the Courtaulds Sports Fields.
The evening will give young adults and parents the chance to see what is on offer.
Recent activities have included river paddling, mountain biking, climbing and bouldering.
