A PAINTING set to be auctioned for a life-saving charity has been officially named.
The painting, depicting the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, has been called ‘Ready to Respond’, which was suggested by a member of the charity.
Artist Neil Higgs said: “I asked for suggestions and picked one. The person who put the suggestion forward will be signing the painting.”
The finished painting is set to go under the hammer at a craft fair at Coggeshall Village Hall between April 6 and September 15, with all proceeds from the auction going to the air ambulance.
