Animal sanctuary visitors will get the chance to pig out for Valentine’s at the weekend.
Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary, in Southminster Road, Asheldham, will be holding a Valentine’s Day Pig Out this Saturday from midday to 3pm.
The centre’s piggy celebs, Winston and Florence, are hosting the event where human visitors can help feed the pigs and also enjoy a shared meal of vegan food.
Organisers are asking for a donation of £15 per person with all funds going towards the new animal sanctuary fencing project.
The sanctuary needs more than £30,000 to fence in the farm’s fields.
Parking at the site is limited.
