A HALSTEAD care firm has revealed ambitious plans to expand by taking on new staff.
TLC Care Company, based at Blamsters Farm, has launched a major recruitment drive.
The company supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs at a number of residential care homes in Essex.
CEO Paul Hainsworth, has just joined the firm, and hopes to make it a industry leader.
He said: “We intend to build on TLC’s excellent reputation for care to people who need our support and have ambitious plans to develop the business within Essex and beyond.
“In order to achieve this, we need high quality staff across a variety of roles, from support workers to team leaders and managers. We offer highly rewarding career opportunities in the care sector with significant career potential.”
Operations director Alan Betts, who has worked in the social care profession for more than 30 years, said: “It really is a wonderful profession as you are making a real difference to people’s lives, helping them to live independently, take part in activities and supporting them with their everyday needs.”
A recruitment event is due to take place on January 22 from 10am until 7pm, at Donyland Lodge, in Rowhedge, where people can drop in to meet staff and find out more.
