A school are giving pupils the chance to "have real adventures."
Gosfield School is nearing its 90th birthday, as the school was founded by the scout movement and has 110 acres of land staff and parents are keen for pupils to embrace the spirit of adventure.
Thursday December 13 staff and pupils took part in an assault course organised by the school and BlitzFitMe.
BlitzFitMe is a health and fitness company which offers long term lifestyle solutions through sustainable exercise and nutrition programs.
The school run regular events with the fitness company and have a big annual event with them in the summer.
The end of term course was like a mini version of the highly anticipated summer course.
Patrick Bell, registrar for Gosfield School, said: "A lot of our families are keen on this aspect of School life here to help their children embrace a healthy alternative to pressures created by social media and the internet.
"Instead of computer game adventures they have real life adventures, the children here climb trees and have fun in the woods and learn to take responsibility."
"Its a great way to celebrate who we are."
