CHRISTMAS spirit is filling the air at Greenstead Green this weekend with their first Christmas Bazaar.
The village's first bazaar is following in the footsteps of the first summer fete earlier this year, which was a proven success.
The event will take place in the village hall between 12pm and 3pm on Sunday with all proceeds going to St James Church and towards the restoration of the Village Hall.
Santa's Grotto will be open for children to visit between 12pm and 2pm for £5.
Julie Kemp, one of the organisers, said: "Like the summer fete we are really trying to keep the bazaar as traditional as possible
"As well as the stalls we have Santa’s Grotto, a local magician and singing Christmas carols and songs from Abigail's Performing Arts school to really get us in the Christmas spirit"
Following the success of this years fete, a date has already been set for 2019.
The Christmas Bazaar is expected to be just as exciting.
