RESIDENTS at a home donned some unusual moustaches and showed off their cheesy grins as they raised awareness of men's health issues.
Prince Edward Duke of Kent Court, in Stisted, supported Movember last week with some residents also taking their first ever selfies.
Everyone then enjoyed a moustache themed afternoon tea.
Movember - formerly known as November - sees men around the world grow a moustache and women step up to support them
It's part of efforts to raise awareness and funds for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer and male suicide.
Lucy Stock, the home’s activities coordinator, said: "Supporting Movember was such a fun way for our Home to raise awareness of men’s health. "Everyone then enjoyed a really good laugh and enjoyed learning how to take selfies - a first for many of our residents.
"It is important that we raise awareness and talk about men’s health issues and taking part in these types of national events helps our residents feel part of the community and contribute to a greater cause."
