CHILDREN in Need fundraisers managed to raise £475 thanks to their eighth annual bake sale.
It took place in Crouch Drive, Witham, and the total means the team have raised an incredible £3028.50 for the charity since they began baking.
And Gemma Davies, Katherine and Dan Savill-Green and Samantha Reeve and her sons Cairo and Theodore were given a helping hand by Tesco with a gift card for the ingredients.
Gemma Davies said: "We had a wonderful day and the weather held out so we had our first rain free bake sale in eight years.
"The nice weather made more people come out and we were selling out of some of our yummy goodies after just an hour of opening.
"Customers were arriving with their own tubs and boxes to take treats home, donating their change to the cause and spreading the word of our sale over social media.
"We really wanted to make enough to bring our grand total over all our sales to £3,000.
"Thanks to all the people that came to our sale and all the additional help - we made more from our sale than we ever have before making £408.50."
The group raised the other £66.50 from online donations.
