KIND-HEARTED Rotarians helped raise £750 for families left stricken by an earthquake.
At least 800 people died after the Indonesian earthquake and tsunami on October 28.
The 7.5 magnitude earthquake triggered a tsunami with waves as high as 6m.
It is thought more than 1.6 million people have been affected by the devastating disaster.
The Rotary Club of Kelvedon & District decided to jump to action with their charity collection buckets to help those left stricken.
Earlier this month the Rotarians braved wind and rain to collect donations outside Tesco in Tiptree.
In total £750 was collected and will go towards purchasing Shelter boxes to help those made homeless by the disaster.
