A fallen tree is blocking part of a busy road in Braintree.
The large tree is blocking half of Notley Road, near to the mini roundabout junction with Godlings Way.
Only one side of the road is accessible to traffic.
Notley Road gets extremely busy around 3pm, with both John Ray Infant and Junior schools and Notley High School based on the road.
Essex Highways have been made aware of the obstruction.
