Why not start your 2018 with a trip to the theatre?
The new year’s pantomime at the Empire Theatre in Halstead is Cinderella.
The classic rags-to-riches story, written into a pantomime by Nigel Holmes, will be performed six times this month, with all the thrills and spills you’d expect from a panto.
The Stane Street Players, who are putting the show on, have been entertaining in the area for more than 40 years.
Fun for all the family, Cinderella will be shown at 7.30pm in January on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Saturday 27, as well as at 2.30pm on Saturday 20, Sunday 21 and Saturday 27.
All tickets are priced at £10.
