MORE than 100 dogs and their owners took part in a sunny stroll through the countryside of Wethersfield for a charity fundraiser.
On Sunday, at RSPCA Danaher Animal Home, pooches took part in a sponsored dog walk and raised around £1,000.
There was also a BBQ, cakes and a chance to meet lots of like minded animal lovers.
A spokesman for Danaher said: “The event helps to promote the centre, raising awareness and money for all the animals.
“We will definitely to it again next year. We are hoping it will be bigger and better with a shorter dog walk for elderly dogs and children as well as the longer route.
“A big thank you to the public for their support and also to our volunteers who do so much for the centre.”
