The fallen were remembered at a well attended service on Sunday.
There was an excellent turnout at the event at the newly refurbished Earls Colne Memorial Garden and took part in the parade along the High Street to the Village Hall.
This was followed by a Earls Colne First World War exhibition at the Village Hall, where people were given the opportunity to meet nurses and injured soldiers and view details of the Earls Colne men who died.
