The Mercury Theatre in Colchester has found an unusual way of translating Shakespeare’s phrases - all you have to do to find out is spend a penny!
To celebrate the opening of their production of the classic Macbeth, the Mercury Theatre has launched The Bard in The Bog.
Every toilet stall in the theatre has been taken over with displays which suggest Shakespearian ways of saying everyday phrases.
Macbeth is opening Thursday and running until October 18. Tickets are available from mercurytheatre.co.uk or call 01206 573948.
