An uncle and nephew raised £250 for vulnerable children by completing a charity bike ride.
Matt Wood, 27, of Brewery Drive, Halstead, and David Hooks, 12, of Brunwin Road, Rayne, completed the Suffolk Coast Bike Ride for Action for Children.
Matt’s sister, the charity’s Essex and Suffolk fundraiser, Lyndsay Wood, said: “On behalf of everyone at Action for Children I would like to say a huge thank you to my brother and nephew, and to all the riders for coping with the heat and for managing to raise such a fantastic amount for vulnerable children and young people.”
