Villagers came together to celebrate the hundredth birthday of their village hall.
Earls Colne Parish Council marked the day with demonstrations from local organisations including tai chi, karate, zumba, the Stane Street players and the Honywood School band.
The hall was given to the village by Reuban Hunt of the former Atlas Engineering Works, as compensation for closing off a public footpath that used to run across the factory site.
Work was started in 1912, it cost around £3,000 and took just under a year to build.
