LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that CKDC Enterprise Limited has applied to Chelmsford City Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of premises known as CDKC Enterprise, Unit K06, Big Yellow Self Storage, 39 Robjohns Road, Chelmsford CM1 3AG. The licence, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activity to take place:

The sale of alcohol by retail from 08.00hrs to 22.00hrs Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Officer, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE. Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application for the grantoftheabovelicenceiskeptby Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, EssexCM1 1JEandcanbeviewed during normal office hours. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence isuptolevel5ofthestandardscale (£5,000).
