(Footpath 52, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 52, Braintree in the District of Braintree from its junction with Footpath 37 south for a distance of approximately 75 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2018 for 2 weeks or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the replacement of Straits Mill Footbridge is undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Footpath 52, unknown

path west of Footpath 52, Footpath 63, River Mead,

Broad Road, Covent Lane, Footpath 37 and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26th February 2018

and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works

have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m north of its junction with St Michaels Lane for a distance of approximately 10m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th February 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD030000010475755 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Fairfield Road, Victoria Street, South Street, St Michaels Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hillside Gardens, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hillside Gardens, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Notley Road to its end, a distance of approximately 345m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2238729 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Stephenson Road, Beadon Drive, Buckwoods Road, Notley Road, Rifle Hill and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colemans Bridge, Witham & Colemans Bridge, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Colemans Bridge, Witham & Colemans Bridge, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from the junction with A12 to the junction with Colchester Road and from the junction with Little Braxted Lane to the junction with Colchester Road. The closures are scheduled to commence on 26th February 2018 for 5 nights (works to take place between 20:00 and 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (FN50637021 - Highways England). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance works are undertaken by Highways England. (Bardfield End Green, Thaxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bardfield End Green, Thaxted in the District of Uttlesford from a point approximately 900m northeast of its junction with Bardfield Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th March 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034784038 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electric connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Sampford Hall Lane, Hall Road, Hawkspur Green Road, Little Sampford Road, Cooks Lane, Little Bardfield Road, Bardfield Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stevens Lane, Felsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stevens Lane, Felsted in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 134m northeast of its junction with Rayne Road for a distance of approximately 16m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000676459 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas service works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.

An alternative route is available via Stevens Lane, Rayne Road, Frenches Green Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Sportsmans Lane, a distance of approximately 569m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th March 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC7W0000ONEA443581B - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken

by BT.

An alternative route is available via Church Road,

The Street, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane, Crabb's Hill

and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
