(Burnham Road, Rettendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnham Road, Rettendon in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Wickford Road to the junctions with A1245, a distance of approximately 3652m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2018 for 3 nights (works to take place between 19:30 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2231627 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road marking works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Rettendon Turnpike, Woodham Road, Wickford Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 15th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.1) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.



"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 15th February 2018, exact dates will be specified on http:// roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter /leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Avenue, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Mount Crescent for a distance of approximately 31m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th February 2018 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034783481 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electric cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Mount Crescent, Marylands Avenue, Plumberow Avenue and vice versa. (London Road, Wickford) (Temporary Introduction of 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30 mph speed limit reduction on that length of London Road, Wickford in the District of Uttlesford from a point approximately 175m northwest of Southend Road junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 350m in a southeasterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st February 2018 for 6 weeks, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of a new dedicated right hand turn works are undertaken by Essex county Council. The Order came into effect on 1st February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Deerhurst, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deerhurst, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Thorndale to its junction with Rayleigh Road, a distance of approximately 19m. The closures are scheduled for 18th February 2018 and 25th February 2018 (2 Sundays), or where stated on a valid permit (WY002NSA00018045 - Fulcrum). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Fulcrum.

An alternative route is available via Deerhurst, Common Lane, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.
