(Footpath 60, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 30 July 2018. Effect of the order: to temporarily close Footpath 60, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Holly Walk north for a distance of approximately 335 metres to its junction with footpath 58. The alternative route will be via Holly Walk, Forest Road, Rectory Lane and footpath 58 and vice versa.

The closure commenced on 30 July 2017 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of residential development is undertaken.

(Dog Chase, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dog Chase, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034779594 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Hereward Way, High Street and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 4th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Station Road, Cressing to its junction With Church Hill, a distance of approximately 875m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2238360 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Hill, The Street, Faulkbourne Road, Flora Road, Powers Hall End, Chipping Hill, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Station Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hulls Lane, Shalford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hulls Lane, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 338m west of its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03154166494 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repair communication pipe works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Cross Farm Road, Pump Lane, Willows Road, Lombard Street, Petches Bridge, Finchingfield Road, Meadside, Silver Street, Braintree Road, Wethersfield Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(East Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of East Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 57m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034781294 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electrical cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Manor Street, Albert Road, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
