Section 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex The Essex County Council Definitive Map Modification No. 634 Footpath 70 Writtle, Chelmsford City, Order 2017

The above Order made on 1 November 2017 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-

1. Adding a length of footpath 70 Writtle, from Point D on the order plan at Lodge Road, in a generally south- south-westerly direction, for a distance of approximately 155 metres to the footbridge at Point C. The width of the way is 1 metre.



2. Deleting a length of Footpath 70 Writtle from point A on the order plan at Lodge Road, east of the field boundary, in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 140 metres, then turning east for a distance of 40 metres to the footbridge at point C.



A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE , and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH, to arrive not later than 4 January 2018, and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn the Essex County Council instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it.

(Riffhams Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Riffhams Lane, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Main Road for a distance of approximately 54m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2018 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000636337 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas reinforcement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Elm Green Lane, Main Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 30th November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Essex Regiment Way, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Essex Regiment Way, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from Pratts Farm Roundabout to Nabbotts Farm Roundabout for a distance of approximately 2097m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2018 for 4 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153034933 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via A130 Eastbound, A12 Northbound, A120 Westbound, A120 Southbound, A120 Westbound, A131 Southbound, A130 Southbound and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(New London Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Suspension of Prohibition of Driving) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the Prohibition of Driving Order on New London Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 30m south of its junction with Bellmead for approximately 20m in a southerly direction as detailed in 'The Borough Council of Chelmsford (New London Road And Moulsham Street (Part)) (Prohibition of Driving' Order 2000'. The suspension is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2013553S41-1 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial holes investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 9th November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
