(B1256 Pods Brook Road, Braintree) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit on B1256 Pods Brook Road in the District of Braintree as specified (The road is currently national speed limit/derestricted): Road Description
B1256 Pods Brook BOTH CARRIAGEWAYS: From the existing Road, Braintree National Speed Limit sign located at a point approximately 25 metres south of its junction with the B1256 Rayne Road Roundabout, south for a distance of approximately 800 metres to its junction with the A120 Roundabout.
'The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Great Notley Garden Village) (De-restriction) Order 1996' is hereby temporarily suspended insofar as it relates to the B1256 from its junction with the A120 Braintree and Rayne Bypass at Panners Roundabout northwards for a distance of 70 metres only. All other restrictions will remain in force. The temporary speed restriction is scheduled to commence 3 July 2017 for up to 18 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while constructions works are undertaken. The Order will come into effect on 3 July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Noakes Farm Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Noakes Farm Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Terling Hall Road to its junction with Birds Farm Road, a distance of approximately 1266 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2229730 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Birds Farm Lane, Waltham Road, Cranham Road, Main Road, London Road, Terling Hall Road, Rolls Farm Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 6th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Newland Street, Witham) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily suspend parking in that length of Newland Street Witham in the District of Braintree, 7 Spaces northwest side of the B1379 - Newland Street outside of numbers 4-12.
2. The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary "suspension of parking" restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order shall remain in force.

The suspension is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC005MU1WSEP00IBQAHPDZ02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying new cables works are undertaken by BT.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
