Proposed development at 63 HIGH STREET, HALSTEAD. Take notice that an application is being made by PREMIER TRAVEL HOLDINGS LIMITED AND ASSURANCE SCHEME for planning permission for Change of Use of upper floor from Class B1 office to Class C3 residential together with internal alterations to provide separate rear entrances, landscaping of rear courtyard and provision of covered bin stores and bicycle stands at 63 High Street, Halstead. Local Planning Authority address: CAUSEWAY HOUSE, BRAINTREE, ESSEX, CM7 9HB Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
