Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Blackwater Aggregates for Continuation of development permitted by ESS/07/16/BTE without compliance with condition 9d (operational hours for the dry silo plant mortar [DSM]) to allow extended week day hours for the DSM between 06:00 to 07:00 and 18:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday. Planning permission ESS/07/16/BTE being for "Continuation of development permitted by ESS/24/14/BTE without compliance with conditions 2 (application details), 7 (timescales), 38 (sequence of restoration) and 59 (no importation of mineral for processing) to allow amended restoration levels, revised phasing and additional time to complete extraction and restoration until 2021, utilisation of overburden in restoration and processing of mineral both arising from the Integrated Waste Management Facility. Planning permission ESS/24/14/BTE being for Extraction of an estimated reserve of 3 million tonnes of sand and gravel (from Sites A3 and A4 as identified Minerals Local Plan) and retention of existing access onto the A120, private haul road, sand and gravel processing plant, ready mixed concrete plant, bagging plant, dry silo mortar plant and water management system, internal haul roads and re-contouring of restoration levels of extraction areas (Sites R and A2) with restoration to a combination of agriculture, woodland, biodiversity, water lagoons and to levels appropriate to safeguard implementation of planning permission ESS/37/08/BTE (Integrated Waste Management Facility)" at Bradwell Quarry, Church Road, Bradwell, Braintree, CM77 8EP - ESS/20/17/BTE Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808). Consultation on this application is open until 6th April 2017.

(Damases Lane, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Damases Lane, Hatfield Peverel in the Braintree District, from its junction with Main Road to its junction with

Mowden Hall Lane for a distance approximately 965m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th April 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2223884 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patch works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Main Road, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church End & Braintree Roads,

Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Church End, and Braintree Roads in the Panfield District, from a point on Church End approximately 565m Southwest of its junction with Braintree Road, to points approximately 100m west and east of the Braintree road junction with Church End. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th April 2017 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2218847 - Essex County Council & EP201EH1596703 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while island removal, kerbing and resurfacing works works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Church End, Kynaston Road, Shalford Road, Jaspers Green, Shalford Green, Braintree Road, Water Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Braintree in the Braintree District, from its junction with Great Square to its junction with St Michael's Road for a distance of approximately 283m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD037RO53210803 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace manhole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Fairfield Road, Victoria Street, Railway Street, South Street, St Michaels Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16th March 2017
