(Mill Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, in the Parish of Finchingfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with vicarage Road, south east for a distance of approximately 950 metres to its junction with Daw Street. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20 February 2017 to 3 March 2017

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while patching works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Daw Street, Wethersfield Road, Vicarage Road, and vice versa.

Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into effect on 20 February 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, in the Parish of Cressing in the District of Braintree from its junction with Braintree Road to its junction with Jeffreys Road for a distance of approximately 1122 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2017 to 26th March 2017 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via B1018 Braintree Road, Jeffreys Road and vice versa.

Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into effect on 26th February 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stambourne Road, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambourne Road, Toppesfield CP in the Braintree District, from Church Lane to Yeldham Road for a distance approximately 1719 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd March 2017 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2220459 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Stambourne Road, Ridgewell Road, Church Road, Bridge Street, High Street, Toppesfield Road, Great Yeldham Road, The Causeway, The Street, Church Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16/02/2017
