Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership In exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the Order
1. To introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Braintree
Guithavon i) North west side from a point 35 metres south valley, Witham west of its junction with Armond Road south west for 14.8 metres
ii) North west side from a point 63.8 metres south west of its junction with Armond Road south west for a distance of approximately
167.0 metres
iii) South east side from a point 15.0 metres south west from its junction with Armond Road south west for a distance of 217.0 metres
Mill Lane, i) South west side from its junction with Guithavon Witham Road south east for 180 metres
ii) North west side from a point 15 metres
southwest of its junction with Armond Road
south west for 19.7 metres
2. To revoke no waiting Mon-Sat 8am-7pm
Mill Lane, (i) South west side from its junction with Guithavon Witham Road south east from 24 metres
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TL815 142 revision 2 to revision 3 and TL815 145 revision 2 to revision 3. (Footpath 86, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2016
Further to a notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 which commenced on 12th December 2016
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the
above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 86, in the district of Braintee, from a point approximately 250 metres south of Duggers Lane to the boundary with the A120 Braintree Bypass. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2016 for 3 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction works are undertaken. No alternative route available.
The Order will come into effect on 17th December 2016 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission to regularise the existing landfill gas extraction plant (flare) and the installation of a gas powered electricity generator at Civic Amenity and Recycling Centre, Braintree Road, Shalford, CM7 5HQ-ESS/49/16/BTE
