(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.19) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections S1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of School Road and Bristol Court, in the District of Braintree.
Road Description
School Road, Silver End, Witham, Braintree SOUTH SIDE  From a point approximately 5.5 metres south-west of the south point of the boundary of property number 88 Valentine Way, in a south-westerly direction for approximately 28 metres, to the eastern boundary of property number 79 Valentine Way (the restrictions will encompass the existing layby which is due to be removed for footway widening).
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Place) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TL810192 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Docwra Road/Riverside Way, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Docwra Road/Riverside Way, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from the junction with St Marys Road to the junction with Lapwing Drive a distance of approximately 175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319338 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via St Mary's Road, High Street, Easterford Road, Riverside Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Armond Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Armond Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Highfields Road to its junction with Guithavon Valley a distance of approximately 650m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320842 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Highfields Road, Spa Road, Powers Hall End, Chipping Hill, Braintree Road, Collingwood Road, Guithavon Valley and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bailey Bridge Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bailey Bridge Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Normandy Way to the junction with Oak Tree Gardens a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010621444 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Bailey Bridge Road, Queens Road, Maysent Avenue, Boleyns Avenue and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pattens Farm Road, Wethersf ield) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pattens Farm Road, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Blackmore End for a distance of approximately 1800m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th December 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322441 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Blackmore End Road, Morris Green Road, Wethersfield Road, Hedingham Road, Blackmore End and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rickstones Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rickstones Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 65m west of its junction with Beech Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLV0K6W - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rickstones Road, Church Road, Park Road, Western Road, Temple Lane, Witham Road, Crossing Road, Conrad Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Spring Lane, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Lane, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 830m north of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS234493A -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Spring Lane, Hatfield Road, Wickham Bishops Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
