Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from R W Mitchell & Sons for Continuation of Construction of an irrigation reservoir without compliance with Condition 2 (Duration) of Planning Permission ESS/24/15/TEN that was for "Construction of an irrigation reservoir involving the excavation, processing and removal of sand, gravel and soils, engineering works and ancillary buildings" to now extend site operations including restoration until 6th November 2025 on land at Elmstead Hall, Elmstead, Colchester, at Elmstead Hall, Elmstead, Colchester - ESS/97/21/TEN

(Nuntys Lane, Bradwell/Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nuntys Lane, Bradwell/Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from both of the junctions with Potash Farm Road for a distance of approximately 790m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th December 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT024-E-TYRC - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Potash Farm Road, Nuntys Lane, Woodhouse Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Brook Farm Road, Stisted Road, Grange Hill, Burtons Green Road, Burtons Green and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
