that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Land North of Cockaynes Lane Development), Alresford in the District of Tendring:
Road Description
Victoria Avenue, Alresford  From a point approximately 8.1 metres from its junction with Cockaynes Lane for its entire length.
Jefferson Avenue, Alresford From its junction with Victoria Avenue for its entire length including all turning heads.
Pershore Way, Alresford  From its junction with Victoria Avenue to its junction with Opal Way (entire length).
Opal Way, Alresford From its junction with Pershore Way for its entire length including all turning heads.
Mallard Way, Alresford From its junction with Pershore Way for its entire length including all turning heads.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following length of road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester.
Road Description
Burton Way, Stanway  From its junction with Laurence Byrne Avenue, north westerly, then northerly for a distance of approximately 177 metres

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 21 November 2021.

3. Upgrade of 'Advisory Bay' to 'Disabled Badge Holders' bay on the following length of road in the Borough of Colchester:

Myrtle Grove, Colchester WEST SIDE: From the northern boundary of property No.16 Myrtle Grove, south-westwards approx. 7.2 metres, then south-westwards for approx. 3 metres (northern most echelon bay fronting properly No.18 Myrtle Grove)
Substitute Tile ref: TM000 242 revision 0 to 1 and TM005 242 rev 3 to 4

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM000 242 revision (rev) 0 to 1, TM000 245 rev 2 to 3, TL990 245 rev 1 to 2, and TM005 242 rev 3 to 4.

Effect of the order To revoke in its entirety, an existing 8 tonne Order ('The Essex County Council (Wormingford Bridge, Wormingford) (Weight Restriction) Order 1993') and to introduce a 7.5 tonne Structural Weight Restriction Order which is currently on the length of road in the District of Colchester as detailed below:
Mill Hill - from a point 100 metres north-west of its junction with Church Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 15 meters (i.e., the length of the road that is carried by Wormingford Bridge over the River Stour).

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Blue Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 30m south of its junction with Vine Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03059340356/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Brentwood Road, Holland on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Brentwood Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ipswich Road to its junction with Stratford Road a distance of approximately 240m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321293 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Ipswich Road, Slade Road, Stratford Road and vice versa.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Brighton Road, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Frinton Road to its junction with Hereford Road a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321263 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of London Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Tog Lane for a distance of approximately 105m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLV5M6JA -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground access is undertaken by Openreach. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Britannia Crescent, Wivenhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Britannia Court to its junction with Valffeda Way for a distance of approximately 170m.
