(High Street and Market Road, Wickford) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 20*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order permanent under sections 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2), Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon. These lengths of road are currently subject to a temporary 20mph Speed Limit Order which will expire on 22nd January 2022 at which time without a permanent Order being made the road will revert to the previous status of restricted road by virtue of street lighting (30mph):
Road Description
High Street, Wickford From the southern boundary of No 62 High Street northwards for  approximately 286.5 metres.
Market Road, Wickford From the western kerb line of High Street westwards for approximately 10.5 metres.

(Footpath 9, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Further to notices: Under S14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 11 October 2021 and 1 November 2021.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 9, Hullbridge from the land boundary of Brandy Hole Yacht Club, south west for approximately 165 metres. The closure is scheduled to continue on 22 November 2021 during the times of 7:30AM to 6:00PM and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the footpath is used to transport material associated with urgent sea defence embankment repairs on behalf of the Environment Agency. Material to be transported using motorised wheelbarrows with limited load capacity.
The Order will come into effect on 22/11/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Beech Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beech Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Branch Road to its junction with Ash Road a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th December 2021 tor 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314929 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Branch Road, Castle Road, Beech Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Benfleet Road, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Benfleet Road, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 135m southwest of its junction with Alderwood Way tor a distance of approximately 45m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2021 for 1 night (19:00-22:30), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R059460604 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway and carriageway maintenance works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via High Road, London Road, Bread And Cheese Hill, Kiln Road, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Borrett Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Borrett Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Paarl Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30059956263 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Waarem Avenue, Thelma Avenue, Paarl Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Elm Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elm Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Short Road tor a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th December 2021 tor 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2310292 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Short Road, Beech Road, Pine Road, Elm Road and vice versa.

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Grove Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with The Chase to its junction with Clarence Road a distance of approximately 480m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st December 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320433 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Pitsea Bypass On Slip, Pitsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close the on slip road Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Broadway Link Roundabout to the junction with A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 281 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 6 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321258-01 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of CastJe Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway) (No.5) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th November 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained tor emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Various Roads, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
3. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Rochford as detailed in the Schedule.
4. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 25th November 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clyde Crescent, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 100m southwest of its junction with Shannon Avenue for a distance of approximately 65m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLTVK1P02 - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Station Approach for a distance of approximately 45m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2021 tor 1 night (00:01 -06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701SSV-29-176-231121 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Runwell Road, Runwell Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order:
5. To temporarily close that length of Marcos Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Street tor a distance of approximately 110m in a southwesterly direction.
6. To temporarily introduce a clearway in that length of Marcos Road, Canvey Island in the Castle Point, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 110m in a southwesterly direction.
