Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received further information, comprising a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal; Biodiversity Metrics; Arborocultural Assessment; Archaeological Statement; Archaeological Investigation Programme; Air Quality Traffic Assessment and Revised Working and Restoration Plan updates in relation to an Environmental Statement which was submitted with a planning application made by Brice Aggregates Limited and published on 20th May 2021 for "Proposed western extension to the current site using existing approved facilities (site access, plant site, mineral processing plant and other ancillary facilities); including for the diversion of the Burghey Brook; with restoration to arable land using imported inert restoration materials, and on-site materials in advance of the A12 road widening and improvement national infrastructure project". Land at: Colemans Farm Quarry, Little Braxted Lane, Rivenhall, Witham, Essex, CM8 3EX - ESS/36/21/BTE
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the development plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. (Francis Way, Silver End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Francis Way, Silver End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Broadway to its junction with Silver Street a distance of approximately 350m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321889 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footpath patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Silver Street, Broadway and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Highfields Lane, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Highfields Lane, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 1610m north west of its junction with Windmill Hill for a distance of approximately 480m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCMFK89ZA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Highfields Lane, Kelvedon Road, Braxted Park Road, Lea Lane, The Avenue, Grange Road, Priory Road, Windmill Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Boars Tye Road/Lanham Green, Cressing) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction in that length of Boars Tye Road/Lanham Green, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lanham Green Road for a distance of approximately 1435m in a south easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 1st December 2021 for 3 days, or where slated on a valid permit (EP201EH2306390A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
