Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section S84, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). Effect of the order:
To revoke: In its entirety "Basildon District Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984' 'The District of Basildon (40mph Speed Limit) Order 1989'.
To Introduce: 40mph Speed Limit on Queens Park Avenue.
Road Description
Queens Park Avenue  From a point 17.0 metres north of the northern kerb line of Rosebay Avenue, heading in a north-north-easterly direction for approximately 915 metres, to its junction with Stock Road/Potash Roundabout.
To implement: Restricted Road at 30mph Speed Limit by virtue of Street Lighting on Queens Park Avenue.
Road Description
Queens Park Avenue  From a point 45 metres south of Walsingham Way, heading in a northerly direction for approximately 117 metres, to a point approximately 17.0 metres north of the northern kerb line of Rosebay Avenue.

(Bruce Grove, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bruce Grove, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with First Avenue for a distance of approximately 45m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001090216 - Cadenf). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dunton Road, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 690m west of its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th November 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30035863241 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Clock House Road, Tye Common Road, Botney Hill Road, Billericay Road, Dunton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kingswood Crescent, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kingswood Crescent, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 115m north west of its junction with Eastern Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd December 2021 for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCMCGV8Y001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Eastern Road, Kingswood Crescent and vice versa.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 70m south east of its junction with Gardiners Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA51175037 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lamboume Road, Creeksea Ferry Road, Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scots Hall Road, Anchor Lane, High Street, Lamboume Road and vice versa. (Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley In the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Louisa Avenue a distance of approximately 128m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Louisa Avenue a distance of approximately 128m in the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 7 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321609 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic Island installation and lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via London Road, Kents Hill Road North, Church Road, Rushbottom Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Spa Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spa Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Station Approach to its junction with Plumberow Avenue a distance of approximately 142m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317711 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Spa Road, Southend Road, Main Road, Hall Road, Rectory Road, Ashingdon Road, Greensward Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cranfield Park Road, Wickford/Nevendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Cranfield Park Road, Wickford/ Nevendon in the Borough of Basildon, from the roundabout junction with Salcott Crescent for a distance of approximately 265m in a southerly then southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road as cited in the "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th November 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321444 - Essex County Council). Cranfield Park Road, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to A130 Eastbound, Fairglen Interchange, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A130 to A127 Westbound, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip from A127 to A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Nevendon Road Bypass, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Cranfield Park Road, Cranfield Park Road Roundabout.
The Order came into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Jotmans Lane & Appleton Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Jotmans Lane, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Elm view Road a distance of approximately 130m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Appleton Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Jotmans Lane for a distance of approximately 10m in a southerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 15th November 2021 for 26 days (not at the same time), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001098266/76 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
Alternative routes are available via
1. High Road, Benfleet Park Road, Danesfield, Loten Road, Watlington Road, Jotmans Lane and vice versa.
