(Tollesbury Road, Tolleshunt D'Arcy, in the District of Maldon) (30mph Speed Limit) (Revocation) Order 20*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section S84, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order:
To revoke in part: The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Tolleshunt D'arcy) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2000 Insofar as it relates to that length of Tollesbury Road in the District of Maldon, contained in the Second Schedule to that Order from a point 50 metres southeast of its junction with D'Arcy Way, south-eastwards for a distance of 240 metres.
To Introduce: 30 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit on Tollesbury Road, Maldon (an existing 40 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit Road)

Tollesbury Road, Tolleshunt D'Arcy, Maldon
From a point approximately 40 metres southeast of its junction with  D'Arcy Way, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 400 metres, to the point where it joins the De-restricted part of Tollesbury Road.

Objections: Anyone who wishes to make an objection to the proposed scheme should send the grounds for their objection via e-mail to TrafficRegulation.Order@essexhighways.org quoting reference TRAF/7721 by 03 December 2021.

(Colam Lane, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close Colam Lane, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, 63m west of The Rye Field, for approximately 40m west.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/11 /2021 to 19/11/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new foul sewer connection works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Colam Lane and Holybread Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15/11/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until toe works have been completed, whichever is toe earlier.

(Southminster Road, St. Lawrence) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Souttiminster Road, St. Lawrence in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 1235m south of its junction with St Lawrence Hill for a distance of approximately 335m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20686903 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of toe public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Tillingham Road, Reddings Lane, St Lawrence Road, St Lawrence Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until toe works have been completed, whichever is toe earlier.

(Tillingham Road,Tillingham/Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham/Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 220m west of toe junction with Reddings Lane for a distance of approximately 1030m in a westerly then southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20686902 & 01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Green Lane, Cripplegate, North End, North Street, High Street, Pantile Hill, Queen Street, Scotts Hill, Main Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Burnham Road, Steeple Road, Mayland Garage, Maldon Road, Jeagor Farm, Gospel Corner, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, South Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
