(Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point 165m south west of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 285m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7RKN0BA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Bulford Mill Lane, Mill Lane, Witham Road, Station Road, The Street, The Green, Bulford Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11 th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Doghouse Road, Bradwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Doghouse Road, Bradwell in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd December 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT009-E-TYRC-01 - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of tie public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Compasses Road, Potash Farm Road, Hovells Farm Road, A120 From J A131/b1256 To J B1024 North of Coggeshall, Stock Street, Coggeshall Road, Doghouse Road and vice versa.

of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Head Street, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its {unction with Chipping Hill to its junction with Mill Chase a distance of approximately 95m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th December 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30000472087 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kerami Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its {unction with Priors Green to its junction with Moat Road

a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT014-E-HHGABE -Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Folly Green, Tumblers Green, Priors Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction

of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.21) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.



2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of road as detailed in the Schedule.



3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on that length of road as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order



to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.



The works are scheduled to commence after 11th November 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear. The Order will come into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Schedule

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Folly Green, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kerami Lane to the junction with Tumblers Green a distance of approximately 430m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT010-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Kerami Lane, Priors Green, Tumblers Green and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
