(Footpath 19, Broomfleld) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close Footpath 19, Broomfield in the City of Chelmsford, from the Parish boundary with Footpath 4 Springfield, west for approximately 120 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/10/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to construct Beaulieu development Zones M&N (planning permission reference 19/00586/REM) are undertaken. The footpath currently dissects these zones, so a diversion is necessary for public safety due to the close proximity of the works. This temporary closure will also allow for resurfacing of the footpath. The alternative route will be via from the parish boundary of Footpath 19 Broomtleld/ Footpath 4 Springfield, following the informal path south then west adjacent to Regiment Gate then north where it meets the other end of Footpath 19 Broomf ield and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15/10/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months however a further extension for a period of up to 12 months will be applied for to the Department for Transport in order to facilitate the full completion of the construction works.

(Parkend Lane (Byway 13), Shalford, in the District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles
To temporarily prohibit access for motor vehicles on Parkend Lane (Byway 13), Shalford, in the District of Braintree. From a point approximately 1250 metres southwest of the Braintree Road and Church End junction, heading in a north-westerly direction for its entire length, approximately 1771 metres, to its junction with unnamed lane leading to Hunt's Farm. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 November 2021 to 31 March 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out, namely, filling of ruts and deep holes to prevent interim worsening.
The alternative route will be via Shalford Green, Brairrtree Road, Hull's Lane, unnamed Lane leading to Hunt's Farm, and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles, horse riders, motorcycles, pedestrians and for works vehicles related to the maintenance, improvement, or reconstruction of byway 13, Shalford, will be maintained at all times during the works. Access will also be permitted to properties on or adjacent to the Byway.
The Order will come into operation on 01 November 2021 and may continue in force until 31 March 2022 or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bridge End, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge End, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 45m north east of its junction with Beslyns Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010658376 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(East Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of East Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 20m south of its junction with St Marys Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EPD2231005498 - Rose Builders Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Feering and Coggeshall Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Scrips Road to the junction with Pantlings Lane a distance of approximately 1175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311106-01 - Essex County Council). (Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed limit and Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.9) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in the schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.


"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th October 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
