(Various Roads, Stanway/Birch/Copford) (Colchester Zoo Half Marathon) (Special Events) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16 A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 [hereinafter referred to as the '1984 order'] as amended has made the above Order to facilitate the Colchester Zoo Half Marathon.
Effect of the order: 1) To temporarily close the following roads in the Borough of Colchester: B1022 Maldon Road, Stanway/Birch - From its junction with Warren Lane to the junction with Beckingham Hall Road. Fountain Lane, Birch/Copford - From its {unction with B1022 Maldon Road to its junction with Birch Road (entire length). Birch Road/Easthorpe Road/ Boarded Bam Road, Birch/Copford - From the junction with Fountain Lane to its junction with Rectory Road (northern junction). Rectory Road, Birch/ Copford - From the junction with Easthorpe Road, generally southwest then east to its junction with Hardy's Green. Hardy's Green, Birch - From outside property No.2 Stablefield Cottages, northeast for a distance of approximately 190 metres to its junction with Birch Road. Beckingham Hall Road, Birch - From its junction with Birch Road, east to its junction with B1022 Maldon Road. 2) To temporarily introduce a one way on the following length of B1022 Maldon Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Warren Lane east to its junction with the access road to Colchester Zoo, a distance of approximately 604 metres (Permitted direction of travel Eastbound). The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 10/10/2021 for 1 day between the hours of 8:30am -12.30pm or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and is required to facilitate the Colchester Zoo Half Marathon. The alternative route will be via Maldon Road/Straight Road/Dugard Ave/Peartree Road/ Blackberry Road/Church Lane/London Road B1408/School Road/Birch Road/Rectory Road/ Easthorpe Road/Well Lane/Easthorpe Road/Lodge Road/Harborough Hall Road/Maldon Road Bl022/Lower Road/School Hill/Birch Street/Layer Breton Hill/Layer Road B1026/ Wigborough Road B1026/Malting Green Road/Abberton Road/Bounstead Road/Berechurch Road/Gosbecks Road.
Marshalls on site will permit access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians throughout the event.
The Order will come into effect on 10/10/2021 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(Chappel Hill, Chappel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chappel Hill, Chappel in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 40m north east of its junction with Oak Road for a distance of approximately 375m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7FH1ONA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure isrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via The Street, Colchester Road, Tyburn Hill, Colneford Hill, Lower Holt Street, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road, Colne Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120 To J A12, Broad Green, Great Tey Road, Brook Road, Chappel Road, Swan Street, Popes Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crown Lane, Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crown Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 350m north of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30005960742 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Crown Lane, Colchester Road, Colchester Road Roundabout, Weeley Bypass Roundabout, Thorpe Road, Crow Lane, Hillhouse Lane, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dedham Road, Boxted/Langham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dedham Road, Boxted/Langham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 220m north east of the junction with Cooks Hill for a distance of approximately 355m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS111248 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Dedham Road, Ipswich Road, Stratford Road, Colchester Road, Grove Hill, Birchwood Road, Wick Road, Park Lane, Langham Lane, Langham Road, Straight Road, Dedham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 45m north east of its junction with Stratford Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30057610843 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Kelvedon Road, Messing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Messing in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 1100m in a south westerly then north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st November 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153063618 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Long Road West, Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (The Heath/Castle Hill, Dedham & Ardleigh Road, Dedham) (Temporary Suspension of Weight Restriction) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Long Road West, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Ardleigh Road to its junction with Long Road East a distance of approximately 1370m.

2. To temporarily suspend the weight restriction in that length of The Heath/Castle Hill, Dedham, in the Borough of Colchester from the junction with Long Road East to the junction with East Lane, and Ardleigh Road, Dedham from its junction with Birchwood Road to its junction with Long Road East as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Various Roads at Ardleigh, Dedham and Lawford) (Prohibition of Heavy Commercial Vehicles) Order 1989' All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319552 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Ardleigh Road, Grove Hill, Colchester Road, High Street, Brook Street, Crown Street, Castle Hill, The Heath, Long Road East and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Maldon Road, Stanway) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Maldon Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from the point of the current 30mph speed limit (near Warren Lane) for a distance of approximately 600m in an easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 29th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320122 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 150m north of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 160m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2021 for 1 night (19:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM57327117 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while jetting works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Penlan Hall Lane, Fordham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Penlan Hall Lane, Fordham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 355m north of its junction with Halstead Road for a distance of approximately 190m in a north easterly direction. (Plough Road, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plough Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 75m south east of its junction with New Cut for a distance of approximately 80m in a south easterly direction. (Sladburys Lane, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sladburys Lane, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 400m north east of its junction with Burrs Road for a distance of approximately 240m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA74851534A - Openreach). (The Street, Little Clacton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of The Street, Little Clacton in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Elm Road for a distance of approximately 21 Om in a south easterly direction.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the same length of road for the duration of the closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th October 2021 for 13 nights (works to take place between 19:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2318796 - Essex County Council). The closure/ restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while SWAS repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Tudwick Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Strawberry Lane to its junction with Factory Hill a distance of approximately 350m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st November 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320161 -Essex County Council). (Turkey Cock Lane, Eight Ash Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Turkey Cock Lane, Eight Ash Green in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 125m east of its junction with Daisy Green for a distance of approximately 855m in a westerly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320586 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
