NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Demolition of existing temporary relocatable classrooms and construction of a new single storey building comprising canopy, four classrooms, special needs room (SEN), toilets, plant, and storage and the provision of associated works including extension of hard play area and relocation of existing timber shelter, together with temporary positioning of one new relocatable classroom whilst construction work is undertaken at Copford CE (V/C) Primary School, School Road, Copford, C061BX - CC/COL/71/21
The proposal may affect the setting of LITTLE GORE II which is a Grade II Listed Building.
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Colchester Borough Council Local Plan, Adopted 2008,2010 and Amended 2014; and the Colchester Borough Local Plan 2013-2033: North Essex Authorities' Shared Strategic Section 1 Plan, Adopted 2021; in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
