(Breeds Road (Fanners Green Road), Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

(Breeds Road (Fanners Green Road), Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Breeds Road (Fanners Green Road), Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, 224m NE of Margaret Woods Road for a distance of 40m NE.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/08/2021 to 07/08/2021 or

where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure

is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new drainage

connection (S50-788) works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Breeds Road, Woodhall Hill, Chignal Road,

Copperfield Road, Oliver Way, Patching Hall Lane, Broomfield Road,

Chelmsford Road, South Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 02/08/2021 and may continue in

force for 18 months or until the worts have been completed, whichever

is the earlier.

(A130 Essex Regiment Way, Little Waltham) [Temporary Speed Limit, Clearway and Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to facilitate Music events at Wheelers Farm. Effect of the order:

1. Temporarily reduced speed limit from existing 60mph to 30mph on the following lengths of road in Little Waltham in the City of Chelmsford as specified:



Road Description



A130, Essex Regiment From its junction with the B1008 to the junction Way, Little Waltham with Back Lane, for a distance of approximately 2,220 metres.

Wheelers Hill East, From the junction with the A130 to the junction Little Waltham with Leighs Road, for a distance of approximately



614 metres.

2. Temporarily create a Clearway - A130, from the junction with the B1008 to the junction with Back Lane, for a distance of 2,220m. Wheelers Hill East, from the junction with the A130 to the junction with Leighs Road, for a distance of 614 metres.



3. Footpath closure - Footpath 17, Little Waltham (for its entire length, 552 metres) and footpath 19, Little Waltham (for its entire length, 636 metres).



The restrictions are event dates only and scheduled to commence on the following dates - 24/07/2021,04/09/2021,05/09/2021,30/10/2021 and 31/10/2021 between the hours of 10am to 12am midnight or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and are required for the safety of the public while Music events take place at Wheelers Farm. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into operation on 20 July 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the events have taken place, whichever is the earlier.

(Bakers Lane, Black NotJey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Lane, Black Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Buck Hill a distance of approximately 1755m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317718 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Buck Hill, Buck Farm Road, Notley Road, St Michaels Road, High Street, Pierrefitte Way, Rayne Road, Springwood Roundabout, Pods Brook Road, Panners Roundabout, Garden Village Way, Garden Village Way Roundabout Springwood Link, Garden Village Way Roundabout At Business Park, Garden Village Way Roundabout Cuckoo Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, London Road Roundabout North and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Buck Hill, Black NotJey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buck Hill, Black Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Notley Road a distance of approximately 340m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2021 for 5 days, or where

stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2296255 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Notley Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street/Church Hill, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition

of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street/ Church Hill, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 110m north west of the junction with Thorne Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2021 for 1 night (00:10-06:10), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735LTN1 -41 -52-220821 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Church Hill, Church Street, High Street, Argyle Court, Feering Hill, Inworth Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road, Maldon Road, Braxted Park Road, Braxted Road, Henry Dixon Road, Oak Road, Church Road, Park Road, Parkgate Road, Hollow Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Great Yeldham Road, Toppesf ield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Great Yeldham Road, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Causeway to its junction with Scotneys Lane a distance of approximately 1862m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300813 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Causeway, The Street, Church Lane, Stamboume Road, Ridgewell Road, Church Road, High Street, Toppesfield Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 670m south then south west of its junction with Church End for a distance of approximately 200m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158937138 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Church End, Kynaston Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Park Drive, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Drive, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m north of its junction with Parklands for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001064463 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Park Drive, Skitts Hill, Challis Lane, Masefield Road, Milton Avenue, Goldingham Drive and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
