Essex County Council
(District of Braintree) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.10) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To upgrade the existing advisory bay on the following lengths of road in the District of Braintree to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bays:
Name Description
Fal Drive, Witham  East Side: from a point approximately 3 metres north of the boundary between property numbers 7 and 8 Fal Drive, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 6.2 metres, then from a point approximately 3.4 metres, westerly for a distance of approximately 3.4 metres.
2. To introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only Bay on the following length of road in the District of Braintree.
Name Description
Notley Road, Braintree East Side: from a point approximately 60 metres south from its junction with South Street, northwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.
3. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only bays on the following lengths of Roads in the District of Braintree.
Name Description
Glebe Road, Kelvedon North East: from a point in line with the boundary of the properties No 68 and 70 in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 3.6 metres. Sign and post to be removed.
Godlings Way, Braintree South Side: from a point a point approximately 3 metres west of the east flank wall of 43 Godlings Way, east for a distance of approximately 6 metres.
4. To revoke Resident Permit Holders Only and replace with Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on the following length of Notley Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree. East Side: from a point approximately 60 metres south from its junction with South Street, northwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL855185 Revision 0 with Revision 1, TL750 225 Revision 0 with Revision 1JL7556 227 Revision 1 with Revision 2, TL810147 Revision 1 with Revision 2.

(Unnamed Road Off Rickstones Road, Witham) (Bus Gate) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce bus gate restrictions on the following length of the Jnnamed Road Off Rickstones Road, Witham. From a point approximately 42 metres south east of its junction with Rickstones Road in a south easterly direction for approximately 164 metres.
Buses, taxis, motorcycles and pedal cycles will be permitted through the bus gate.

(Flacks Green, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Flacks Green, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Doms Lane to its other junction with Doms Lane a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2021 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA120GCECCTNA03113 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Flacks Green, Terling Hall Road, Rolls Farm Lane, Waltham Road, Oakfield Lane, Gambles Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Willoughbys Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Willoughbys Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lyons Hall Road to its junction with Sunnyfields Road a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd May 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT023-W-HHGABE -Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett, Sunnyfields Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
