LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence I, Hira Miah hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 6-8, Villa Road, Stanway, Colchester CO3 0RH The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises, between 11:00 and 23:00 daily. Opening hours will be the same. Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Colchester Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 13th May 2021. Representations should be sent to The Licensing Team, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG or emailed to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's offices by arrangement, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.colchester.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
