Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to formalise the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1) To revoke No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Northwick Road, Canvey Island SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 65 metres north west from the Northwick Road/A130 Canvey Road Roundabout, north west for approximately 21.9 metres.



2) To introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Lidl Access Road, Canvey Island BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Northwick Road, south west for approximately 3 metres.



This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ770 835 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pipps Hill Road North, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Wash Road to its junction with A127 Southend Arterial Road a distance of approximately 490m. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of A127 Southend Arterial Road, Dunton In the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with the offslip to West Mayne to the junction with the onslip from West Mayne for a distance approximately 61 Om in both directions. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2021 for 12 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (WY001NSA25395 - Fulcrum Pipelines Limited). (Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
