Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tarmac for Continuation of quarry restoration to part agriculture, part nature conservation and part open water, without compliance with conditions 1 (approved plans), 49 (completion by 30th June 2020) and 50 (restoration by 30th June 2020) attached to planning permission ref ESS/43/19/TEN to allow for an extension of time to complete restoration at Wivenhoe Quarry, Alresford Road, Essex, Wivenhoe. CO7 9JU - ESS/80/20/TEN
The proposal may affect the setting of Keelars Farmhouse and Kellars Farmstead which are Grade 2 Listed Buildings. The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Essex Minerals Local Plan, Adopted July 2014, and the Essex Waste Local Plan, Adopted July 2017, in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Footpath 14 Wivenhoe may be affected by the proposal. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TM000 127 to rev 1, TM005 125 to rev 1, TM005 127 to rev 1, TM010 125 to rev 1, TM015 122 to rev 1, TM015 125 to rev 1, TM015 130 to rev 1, TM015 132 to rev 1, and TM020 132 to rev 1. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 10/08/2020.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Holland-on-Sea in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 70m northeast of its junction with Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/08/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034843047 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crepping Hall Road, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from both the junctions of Vernons Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/08/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01456846658 - Anglian Water). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from both junctions with The Street/Thorpe Road for a distance of approximately 1260m in a southerly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/08/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5002/CCESSB1/A0084FP - County Broadband LTD). (Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.8) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule to this Order

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 23/07/2020, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
