Area) (Amendment No.3) Order 20** Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To formalise the 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, Burnham on Crouch in the District of Maldon;

for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction. The closure

is scheduled to commence on 06/08/2020 for 1 day or where stated on a

valid permit (BC005CC1W00000WBKCJT8L05 - BT). The scheduled dates

may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed

on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and

workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Office Lane, Plains Road, The Street,

School Road, The Green, Park Wood Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23/07/2020 and may continue in

force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever

is the earlier.

(The Street, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m north of its junction with Sawyers Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/08/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005DL1W00000PTMS266230 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via School Road, The Green, Beckingham Street, Witham Road, The Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 175m west of its junction with Langford Road for a distance of approximately 390m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/07/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC11W00000WBJRPV9M3 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Langford Road, Witham Road, Maldon Road, Hatfield Road, The Street, Hatfield Peverel Bypass, A12, Witham Bypass, Hatfield Road - Gershwin Boulevard Roundabout, Ingles Drive, Maltings Lane, Maltings Lane Roundabout and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 09/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by BT. (Wellands, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wellands, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Heathgate to its junction with Wellands Close, a distance of approximately 150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000948628 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wellands, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Heathgate to its junction with Wellands Close, a distance of approximately 150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000948628 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Description

EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 57.26 metres north of its junction with the

northern kerb line of Grangewood Park Avenue, south for approximately 112.39 metres.

WEST SIDE:

i. From its junction with the northern kerb line of Grangewood, north for approximately 57.26 metres.



ii. From its junction with the southern kerb line of Grangewood, south for approximately 48.65 metres.



Grangewood Park BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Southminster Avenue Road, west for approximately 15.65 metres.



This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TQ945 970 revision 0.
